King British Turtle & Terrapin Water Safe helps make tap water safe for turtles and terrapins by removing harmful chlorine, chloramines, heavy metals and excess ammonia from the water. Added Aloe Vera helps protect and soothe turtles’ skin, which can be irritated by excess chlorine in the water. Suitable for use in freshwater turtle and terrapin tanks, and can be used when setting up a new terrarium, following a partial water change, or when topping up with tap water. The product was tried out by the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust, who reported: ‘Using pH testers, we saw instant results in reducing chlorine and water hardness’.
