When I opened the package, there was a thin metal tube to insert to blow up the ball with a pump. When I inserted it into the ball, it snapped off so I am now unable to use the ball, very disappointed with this product :/

The item arrived flat with a valve to pump it up. It was nigh on impossible to get the ball into a shape where I could insert the valve. There were no instructions and it took me ages to fiddle around to get it inflated. Succeeded eventually but more by luck than judgement. Horse loves it though!
